How we work
The development process is governed by the product it builds.
Agents built on three vendors' models do the bulk of the implementation work. They hold scoped delegations, they escalate consequential actions to a human, and they are refused by the gate as a matter of routine. They cannot edit the gate, the hooks or their own configuration without a human-approved escalation.
That arrangement produces the artifact the company sells. 1,100+ merged pull requests as of the 2026-08-25 audit, 13 months of continuous development since July 2025, and continuous governance of the fleet since June 2026. Those are two different clocks and we keep them apart.
A new person here inherits the workflow from the law the fleet runs under and the ledger of how it has been applied, rather than from a founder's habits. The first hires extend the fleet; they do not replace it.

Three vendor seats converged on the same remedy.
Asked independently where the legal process was still unequal, three seats returned eleven, twelve and twelve items and converged on the same instrument. That is convergence inside the system, not external peer review.

Position
A vendor cannot be the neutral party in a market it competes in.
That is a stated position, not a finding. The demonstration is a running fleet where three AI vendors operate under one law and none of them owns the law. The unit of accountability is not a model. It is a persistent agent, on identifiable hardware, under scoped authority, with a history.
The record is the harder thing to reproduce, and enforcement in hardware is the second. We say harder, never impossible, because a track record is a history a competitor could in principle accumulate.
